Book your new smoke alarm installation or upgrade today

House fires are responsible for destroying the lives of over 1000 residents every year on average. The manufacturer's life expectancy for smoke alarms is ten years. You also need to test the smoke alarm every three months by pushing the test button to ensure it is still functioning. At North Lakes and Surrounds Electrical we can check, upgrade and install your smoke alarms for peace of mind and ensuring the safety of your loved ones in your home.

Is your smoke alarm compliant with the new government legislation?

The majority of homes we attend have smoke alarms that are years out of date. This can render your home or property non-compliant with legislation and puts the lives of your loved ones at risk in the event of a fire. If you are not sure, or know you need a smoke alarm upgrade, book in now – follow the link above. Or, call us on 073053 3118. We service all Brisbane northern suburbs and the Moreton Bay Region.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Super friendly, helpful service from the first phone call through to their workshop. We needed 2 x15amp extension leads tested and tagged, they did a great deal. They may be based in North Lakes but they've got their vans set up ready to hit the road to your home and work. We had such a good experience. We can't recommend them enough for all electrical needs.

I'm big on good customer service from woe to go and quality of workmanship is an absolute must. I have no time for arrogance and treating people like they're idiots. If we all knew everything, you wouldn't be needed = your loss. If these things matter to you too, choose North Lakes and Surrounds Electrical like we did. 😄Sounds like an ad for them. Just a new customer who is sick of the bad service out there and we found a gem that's all.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've used North Lakes & Surrounds Electrical for a few years at our property in Mango Hill and they've always been fantastic. We recently had them decommission and upgrade lights and fixtures throughout our house as well as upgrade our ceiling fans. Have also had them install multiple appliances on previous occasions. All of the staff, from booking and quoting through to doing the work, are a pleasure to work with and the completed work is thorough and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had Adam come out today to install new LED wall lights at our front door and replaced the last of our old Halogen downligths with new LEDs.

He did an amazing job, explained everything and provided recommendations on some fixes moving forward.

Would happily recommend the team if you need electrical work done.
